Request a workshop
Our R4Respect and Men4Respect peer educators facilitate workshops with young people to examine the connections between power, gender and violence.
We have found that face-to-face connections are most effective, particularly when complemented with social media. We focus on school visits and community events as a strategy to reach young people.
Our team is made up of members from diverse cultures, backgrounds, and identities. All youth facilitators in our programs have current Blue Cards and have undergone the nationwide ‘Love Bites’ facilitator training.
Youth ambassadors have a standardised presentation accredited by the team which they are only able to modify on request. The standard presentation covers some of the following material:
- Respectful Relationships
- Controlling/Coercive Behaviour
- Domestic Violence
- Sexual Assault
- Gender Stereotypes
- Toxic Masculinity
